Shipping Policy for Romata

At Romata, we're thrilled to share our handcrafted polymer clay and resin jewelry with you. Each piece is made with care, and we want to ensure it reaches you safely and promptly within Sweden.

1. Order Processing Time

All our jewelry items are meticulously handmade and carefully prepared for shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer. Any extended delays will be clearly communicated.

2. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We proudly ship exclusively within Sweden. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, postal service issues).

Within Sweden:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We primarily ship with PostNord for all deliveries within Sweden. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

5. Moms (Swedish VAT) Information

As Romata operates as a small-scale hobby activity in Sweden, our current sales are below the mandatory VAT (Moms) registration threshold. Therefore, prices displayed on our website do not include Moms (Swedish VAT).

6. Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed at the postal service, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees, and the cost to re-ship the item.

If you notice a slight error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@romataart.com. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we pack every item with the utmost care, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please document it with photos of the package and its contents, and contact us at info@romataart.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit (i.e., tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, or the carrier confirms it's lost), please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution.
